Premises Cleaner

Salary: NJC point 2 (Full time equivalent £22,366)

Uffculme School is looking for friendly, hard working people to join our busy premises team. Our in house cleaning team are central to the ethos of Uffculme School and the team work hard to provide an exceptional cleaning standard. Visitors to the school often remark on how clean and well maintained the school's buildings and site look.

The role involves cleaning designated buildings around the school. There will be day to day use of light and heavy cleaning equipment along with chemicals, cleaning equipment for which PPE will be provided as well as thorough training. Some grounds work may be available as well, which would include duties such as litter picking and leaf blowing.

We can offer flexible hours to fit in around your home and family commitments, the role is for 41 weeks of the year, so predominantly term time plus a week at Easter and 2 weeks in the summer.
